"Box arrived damaged"
The box showed up totally crushed, well, not totally, but it was badly smashed on one side. Luckily the item inside seemed okay, but the packaging definitely could’ve been handled better.

I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t really want to deal with waiting around for another package, so it was a nice surprise when this showed up earlier than expected. Shipping was quick and everything arrived sooner than I thought it would.

I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed customer service. They got back to me the next day and were actually nice about it, not just some copy-and-paste reply. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping to get everything fixed, but they did sort it out in the end. Overall, it was a good experience, though I do think they could be a little faster. Did anyone else have the same kind of delay?

I ordered a pair of jeans from purple-brand.com i was mainly just hoping the size and color would show up right, which shouldn’t feel like a win, but sometimes it does. Everything matched what I picked, no random swap, no weird mix-up, just the jeans I actually ordered.
Shipping was totally fine too, nothing dramatic there. The biggest thing for me was that the order was accurate and I didn’t have to chase anyone or contact support, which is always a relief. Got what I paid for, so I’m happy with it.

I wanted to like it more because it seemed nice at first and I can see why some people might be into it, but once I looked at the price and thought about what I was actually getting, it just felt too pricey for me and I couldn’t really justify spending that much.

"The sales don’t really do it for me"
I do like some of the stuff they sell, but the sales feel a little misleading to me. I’ll wait around for a deal, and then the prices still seem high, or the promo code doesn’t work on the items I actually want. Maybe other people have better luck, but for me it’s just been kind of annoying.

Not gonna lie, I was a little disappointed when these showed up. The jeans looked way darker in the photos, and in person the wash is kind of flat without that same purple tint I was expecting. The quality seems okay overall, but the product pics definitely need to be more accurate.

It seems okay overall and I don’t really have any big complaints. I was just hoping it was locally made, so finding out it wasn’t left me feeling a little unsure. I’d feel better if there was clearer info about the origin before buying.

Ordered my usual size in Purple jeans they fit pretty much spot on. Relief. I was a little worried they’d be too tight at first, but they loosened up a bit after wearing them. The length was good too, not super long like some other brands. Shipping was fine. Overall, solid buy and I’d definitely order again.

Ugh. I missed a few drops before I finally managed to get the jeans I wanted. The limited releases can be annoying sometimes. Stressful. But i still really love the stuff
